We collect information about your activity when you browse our website; access and use our Services or engage with us via social media platforms, and when you email us.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY COOKIES OR TRACKING TECHNOLOGY
We use Matomo Analytics to record and store data about website visitor traffic. Their servers are located in Germany, which is the location our data on website visitor traffic is stored. That information does use cookies, or tracking technology, on our website, but that collected data is in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) procedures. When you browse our website we anonymize tracking data about your visit(s) and regularly delete old raw data from our database. We mask the last six digits of your IP address that is stored.
"Live Chat" uses cookies to store your location and conversation information. The third-party vendor of this chatbot services is hosted with GCP ( Google Cloud Platform ) and has a global CDN (Content Delivery Network). The data at rest is hosted at Google in the USA. However, the data over the wire travels to/from wherever the agents and visitors are located.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on this website which is under review in many countries for compliance with GDPR.
The type of information collected by Google during your visit includes the following:

The vendor who provides that service to us has an agreement with us, and other clients similar to us, not to share that information.
